Today is Saturday, it’s my day off! As I was about to go out, the 4-year-old was talking to me, and her mother said, “It’s her day off today. You can play on Monday,” and she looked at me sadly.
I went to the city and ate katsudon for my lunch.It was cheap and Japanese taste. But rice is better in Japan lol. After that, I took the Yellow Cat (free bus) as far as I could and then walked to the Crown Theater, because of the Beauty and the Beast, the musical. I’ve wanted to see it at least once, and since I didn’t have any plans for today, I quickly bought tickets yesterday. I was on the sidelines, so it was hard to see some parts, but it was totally fine. I loved everything about it: the music, the performance, the costumes. It was a fantastic, happy two and a half hours that I was so satisfied with. I thought they must have spent a lot of time preparing for it. When I go to a musical, I really feel that I need music in my life. I want to do music again. I wonder if I can do it somewhere. Why is Disney so full of dreams? I want to go see it again and again. I missed the train on the way back by about two minutes, and ended up waiting for the bus at the station for about an hour, but I was still in the afterglow, so I guess it’s okay. It was a happy day off!
今日は土曜日なのでお仕事お休み。出かけようとすると、4歳の子が何か話しかけてきて、それをみていたママが「今日は休みだから休ませてあげて。月曜日ね」というと、寂しそうに見つめてきた。
シティの方へ行って昼ごはんにカツ丼を食べた。外食するには安い方だったし、だしが日本の味だった。お米はやっぱり日本の方がいいなあ。笑 その後はイエローキャット（無料バス）で行けるところまで行ってそこからクラウンシアターまで歩いた。美女と野獣のミュージカルがあるから！絶対1回はみたいと思っていて、今日は予定がなく行ける時に行こうと、昨日急遽チケットをとった。端っこの方だったから一部見にくかったけど、でも全然大丈夫。音楽もパフォーマンスも衣装も全部大好き。大大大満足の最高で幸せな2時間半だった。すごく時間をかけて準備したんだろうなと思った。ミュージカルに行くと、やっぱり自分には音楽が必要だなと実感させられる。音楽またやりたい。どこかでできないかなあ。ディズニーってなんでこんなに夢があるんだろう。何回でもみに行きたい。帰りの電車２分くらい間に合わなくて乗れなくて、バスも1時間くらい駅で待つことになってしまったけど、余韻に浸っていたのでまあ良いとしよう。幸せな休日だった。
