My friend invited me, and we went to Rottnest Island. I already decided to go there if I go to Perth since I was in Japan. It’s coming true so quickly! We chose a good weather day,it was perfect weather with a clear blue sky without clouds. And currently the season is not too cold and not too hot, not the travelling season, so it was the best day to go there. I can get a winter season discount until 31 August. I’m lucky! My home is far away from the city, so I had to leave home. It was very cold in the morning. I headed to Rottnest Island, and we were both already hungry, so we went bakery shop. There are some bread, meat pie, sandwich, dessert…it looks delicious, and I can’t choose haha we had outside, many birds and Quokka aimed at us, it was hard to eat. We got a bus ticket, got off at bus stop number 5. The beaches and scenery there are breathtaking, the water is so clear, and the scenery is some of the best I have ever seen in my life. I took a lot of pictures and a movie. Such a beautiful world in our lives! We were walking and enjoying the big nature. I took a bus to the other side of the ferry terminal. I heard that I might be able to see dolphins and whales, so we were looking for them, but we couldn’t see them. However, we were able to see the sea lions, and they were so cute floating around. We went back around the ferry terminal and looked for quokkas. Among the many quokkas, there was a mother and baby quokka, which was very cute. After returning to Fremantle by ferry, we had dinner at a fish and chips shop. Eating out in Australia is too expensive. But it was delicious. There were so few buses on the weekend that it took three hours to go home. I had a great day, and I was so exhausted that I fell asleep. It was a very satisfying day!
先週出逢った友達に誘われて、ロットネストアイランドに行った。日本にいるときからパースに行ったら絶対ロットネスト島に行くと決めていたけど、こんなに早く叶うなんて！天気がいい日を選んでいったから、雲一つない青空広がる最高な天気だった。そして今の季節は昼間は寒すぎず暑すぎず、観光シーズンでもなく、本当にベストな日に行けてよかった。８月３１日までは冬季シーズンのディスカウントが効いて少しお得に行けたのもラッキーすぎた。自分の住んでいる場所がシティから遠いところだから、フェリー乗り場まで2時間ほどかかり、朝早く出発した。朝はすごく寒かった。フェリーでロットネスト島へ向かい、2人ともお腹ぺこぺこでついてすぐにベーカリーショップに行った。美味しそうなパンに、ミートパイ、サンドイッチ、デザート類、迷ってしまう。外で食べていたらたくさんの鳥とクウォッカに狙われ、食べるのに一苦労だった。バスの乗り放題を買って、最初に５番で降りた。そこには息を呑むような美しいビーチと景色があって、こんなに透明な海の水と美しい景色はこれまでの人生で見た景色の中でも結構トップくらい。笑 たくさん写真と動画を撮った。こんなに美しい世界が日常にあるんだとびっくり。歩きながら景色と大自然を堪能して、フェリー乗り場と反対側までバスに乗った。そこでイルカやクジラが見れるかも？と言うことで探したけど見ることはできなかった。アシカは見ることができて、ぷかぷか浮いていたのが可愛かった。フェリー乗り場の方まで戻って、クウォッカを探した。たくさんのクウォッカのなかに親子クウォッカがいてとても可愛かった。フェリーでフリーマントルに戻ってからはフィッシュアンドチップスのお店でご飯を食べた。オーストラリアの外食は高すぎる。でも美味しい。週末のバスの本数が少なすぎて、帰るのに3時間もかかった。１日楽しんで疲れ果てて気づいたら寝てしまった。大満足な１日だった！
