TAKURO Coffee is a stylish cafe located on the Renga Dori shopping street in Yanagase, about a 15-minute walk from JR Gifu Station and an 11-minute walk from Meitetsu Gifu Station.
The owner, Takuro, used to work at a local cafe in Melbourne, Australia, where I studied abroad. Melbourne has a strong coffee culture, and there are many stylish cafes and people walking around with a cup of coffee in the morning.
In Australia and New Zealand, there is a type of coffee called a flat white. I encountered flat white in Melbourne and was looking for a place to try it in Japan when I found this shop. It’s delicious, so I recommend you give it a try.
Takuro Coffee, you can enjoy specialty coffee roasted in-house, as well as light meals, lunches, and craft beer. They also sell their own roasted coffee beans, wholesale coffee beans for commercial use in stores, and sell original goods.
This is one of the cafes you should visit when you come to Gifu.
